Be brave as your fathers before you. Have faith! Go forward!" The first Creativity & Innovation Leadership Academy was held in Santa Fe April 24-28. Twenty-four people attended the five day program. Corporations represented included Merck, Boeing, Hallmark and Electron Energy Corporation. The class also included a number of world class executive coaches, physicians and entrepreneurs. In May, Michael made an extended trip to Italy for a keynote speech for Mass Mutual in Rome, then spent 10 days in Bologna, Turin and the Langhe region of Italy doing research for his next book. Michael then did an opening keynote address for Chief Executives Organization (CEO) and was a resource for the group's five day program in Florence. Following that event, Michael lead a two day seminar in Serbia for Eurobank EFG. Since then, besides a couple of in-house events around the country, Michael is working on a new book on creativity and wine, and also preparing to release the new edition of More Balls Than Hands, to be retitled "The 5 Keys to High Performance Learning." |
